For every family that makes a $100 donation directly to your church, we provide them with a 3–7 night hotel stay incentive at participating resorts. The donation goes 100% to your church—we never touch a penny.

Important Details

Airfare, food & beverage, government taxes and fees not included. Recipients pay applicable resort taxes and fees (approx. $19.70/night for US destinations). Incentive must be activated within 7 days of receipt. 18 months to travel after activation. Subject to availability.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all vacation certificate activations. If the recipient wishes to cancel within 60 days of activation, we provide a full refund or allow them to switch destinations. After 60 days, the incentive is final and non-refundable. Recipients have 18 months from the date of activation to travel. Once travel dates are confirmed, the booking is final—no changes or cancellations will be allowed after confirmation.

We've partnered with the world's leading hotel chains and resorts to help fill their otherwise empty rooms. Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open providing rooms and services at fixed costs. When hotels partner with us, they may miss out on the room fee initially, but they gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, casinos, spa, future bookings, and more. It's a win-win for everyone: Your church receives donations, your congregation receives a valuable incentive, the resorts gain additional revenue, and we win when families plan for the future.

100%. We receive nothing from the donations. Every dollar stays with the church to fund your vision. Our only goal is to serve your people and help them protect their families through proper estate planning.

The hotel stay itself is provided as an incentive. However, recipients are responsible for: government taxes and resort fees, airfare, food and beverage, and any personal expenses. This fee is paid directly to the resort when booking—we never collect it.

Minimal. We provide a turnkey solution where we handle the professional preparation of the documents and the incentive fulfillment. You cast the vision; we provide the infrastructure to protect the people and fuel the work. Your only task is to confirm which members made a donation so we can distribute their vacation incentives.

Yes. Recipients must activate their incentive within 7 days of receiving it. This ensures they don't forget and encourages prompt action. After activation, they have 18 months to complete their travel. We send text message reminders to help recipients activate on time.

Recipients choose their destination (Cancun, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Orlando, Bahamas, etc.) and preferred travel dates. The specific hotel is assigned based on availability at participating properties. Each destination may have up to 50 participating hotels. We recommend booking weekdays vs. weekends and avoiding major holidays for the best availability.
